One of the questions most commonly asked of us is “what is your specialty?”, our answer “listening”.  Whether you are planning a corporate or social reception, our experienced, creative team will listen to your wish-list as well as your budget and any other restrictions before creating not only a menu, but an entire concept specific to your event.  In keeping with the philosophy of Catering By George’s founder (who continues to be an active member of our team) we will personally oversee every detailed aspect of your affair. The only boundaries we encounter as an off premise caterer are those you might impose on us.
